Designed to be filled and used whenever you need it, simply fill the Alta with tap water and you’re good to go! Absolutely no chemicals needed, just good old fashioned water. When you’re done, the water is clean enough to be used for irrigation.

The body of the hot tub is well insulated, keeping the water warmer for longer. The ThermoWood staves are held in place with stainless steel bands giving this tub a beautiful rustic look.

We’re really proud of our burner, it really packs some heat! Weighing in at 45kg and constructed from marine grade stainless steel, it will heat your water to tubbing temperature in just 2.5 – 3hrs. Oh and did we mention it’s super easy!

How do I drain the Hot Tub?
We recommend draining the Hot Tub with a submersible pump to completely drain the water.
Will I need to use chemicals?
No! Hot tubs when used correctly, provide a chemical-free bathing experience.
What type of firewood can I use?
Any dry firewood is fine, however, a slight mixture of hard and soft wood is ideal!
How do I keep my hot tub clean?
Your hot tub requires almost no maintenance, and very little cleaning. Simply wipe with a clean cloth and dish washing liquid and your next tub is ready to go.
Are your hot tubs insulated?
Yes! In-between the Polystone liner of the tub and the ThermoWood Staves is 5cm of polystyrene for insulating. Meaning your water stays hotter for longer.

Can I keep heating the water in the Hot Tub while I am in it?
Yes, however, the water can get rather hot, so keep an eye on how hot the water is getting as you get ready for your soak. If the water gets too hot, dilute it with some cold water from your garden hose.
