Vista Mini Sauna

The process to purchase the sauna was seamless and we received plenty of information to start us on the journey. We had a small hick up with the dispatch from Christchurch to Nelson but this was quickly rectified & arrived overnight. I built the sauna with the help of a mate who had constructed one before. Certainly two hands and two heads are a benefit in the building process. We would recommend ...

Cosy and packed with health benefits

What a great little indoor sauna, fits perfectly in a standard room, plugs straight into the power point doesn’t cost much more than a light bulb left on all night. Comfortable enough for 2 people. So good for the body after a good workout at the gym or just to unwind after a long day at work. Lights are great too adds to the atmosphere and benefits. Don’t have to spend a lot of time in here eithe...

Sauna time

A little delay before delivery as the sauna wasn't in stock in Auckland but once there, it was well communicated and organized date for delivery. Packaged very well and secure. Sauna assembled in probably one hour, very easy and quick. Enjoying a wonderful sauna now. Thank you

Best Sauna for 2 People

I did a lot of research about infrared saunas and to get the best coverage we chose the 2 person Copenhagen Sauna that has 10 infrared Panels covering the full spectrum giving us the best outcome of every sauna we have. It is spacious, has Bluetooth for our music and connects to WiFi so we can preset start times with temperature and duration or turn it on from our phones when we are on the way hom...

Absolutely Brilliant

Beautiful design, looks great in our yard. The interior lighting is beautiful. Most importantly, it gets right up there in temperature - I was concerned a home sauna wouldn’t be hot enough but this is legitimately hotter than I need. Has become part of our daily routine.

OBSESSED!!

I’m absolutely obsessed with my new sauna! !! I’ve wanted one for so many years, and after doing lots of research and comparing my options, I’m so happy with my final purchase. It heats up so quickly, the seats are incredibly comfortable, and it’s honestly the perfect way to switch off and relax at the end of the day. Good looking, budget friendly sauna

Great service. Sauna was delivered efficiently and was securely packaged to avoid damage. Clear assembly instructions. Easy install with one person able to do the majority, but two people makes it simple. Interior is nice. Comfortable for two people. Experienced Sauna users may find that the panels do not heat evenly - most heat is generated in the top third of the panels, with the lower body/leg...

Alpine Spas sauna purchase

The team at Alpine spas was terrific in helping me to organise a quick pickup of the Oslo Infared sauna. It was easy to unpack, and took about 60 minutes to assemble, which was exactly the time that they quoted for assembly. The Sauna itself heats up quickly, and is easy to use.

Great service and great spa!

We had a great experience with Alpine Spas. We had to delay our order due to council approval and builder delays and each and every time I spoke with someone at Alpine Spas they were understanding. When it finally came time to organise delivery everything was on time and any further information was emailed or I was called by a friendly employee. Now we’ve finally got the spa (and sauna) in and wo...

Perfect Sauna - Great Service!

Did a fair bit of research across the many saunas on offer and landed on the Copenhagen from Alpinespas. Main reasons! The quality of the build, the quality of the timber the full spectrum infrared heaters and the seating layout is superior to other offering in the market - more comfortable and the ability to adjust the heaters on the back, individually is a great feature.

Excellent Sauna

I have had the Copenhagen Alpine sauna for two weeks now and my observations are as follows: - Delivered on expected day and time. Delivery cost was a little more to have crate moved into garage out of rain. - assembly was straight forward and I could do most by myself but needed second to assist in lifting the heavier panels and initial assembly of walls - plugged in and worked a treat. Heat is...

Superb!

The Helsinki 3 person infrared sauna is superb - I am so happy we decided to purchase the 3 person. The sauna itself is very spacious and you can comfortable stand & lay down if you are in there by yourself. It would comfortably sit three persons and *could* fit four persons if you sat close together. The sauna itself feels like very good quality and heats up to the top end of the temperature rang...

Great addition to our Aussie back yard!

We love our new sauna. We call it the ‘koala’ as it looks like a koala face from the front :) The sauna was great value, with immediate stock available for collection within 24 hours. All the sales staff and even the warehouse worker, were super friendly. Hubby put the sauna together on his own and it really didn’t take long at all. A rubber mallet and a drill sorted it out. We had it built within...

Great Experience- Highly Reccomend

Had a great experience purchasing from Alpinespas. This is the first sauna we've ever owned so we done plenty of research prior to the purchase. The Lyon model offers the best bang for your buck (In the 2 person category) by a longshot, and our confidence only grew further with the longer warranty periods that alpinespas offered in comparison to other competing brands. It easily fits 2 people wit...

Kitset Easy to Install - Love the Smell

Entry level Sauna is highly recommended by us. Easy to put together, well packed and delivery was quick. Love the smell of the wood - We put in garage but decided to cold so moved into the spare room. . . Much better heats up faster and holds heat longer. Only thing extra I'd like is a backrest and perhaps Bluetooth speaker would be nice but all in all very happy with the Lyon sauna.
