Alpine Spas Annual Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The Alpine Spas Annual Prize Draw (“Promotion”) is conducted by Alpine Spas Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”). Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is drawn annually on June 1 each year.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

• Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Alpine Spas Pty Ltd, and its related entities, suppliers, and advertising agencies, are not eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per eligible product review will be accepted.

3. How to Enter

• To qualify, an entrant must have submitted a verified product review for a major item purchased from Alpine Spas Pty Ltd within the 12 months preceding the draw date.

• Entry is automatic once a valid review has been received and approved.

• Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
  
  

4. Prize

• The prize is a full refund of the purchase price for one major item reviewed by the winner.

• The refund applies only to the specific item reviewed and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

• The refund will be paid in Australian dollars (AUD) via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any alternative product.
  
  

5. Prize Draw and Notification

• The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Alpine Spas Pty Ltd on June 1 each year, or on the next business day if this falls on a weekend or public holiday.

• The draw will be held at the Promoter’s head office under supervision.

• The winner will be notified directly via email using the contact details provided with their purchase or review.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn at Alpine Spas Pty Ltd’s discretion.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  

6. Verification
 Alpine Spas Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of any entry, purchase, or review; and

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  
  

7. Publicity and Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to Alpine Spas Pty Ltd using their name, review, and general location (e.g., city/suburb) for reasonable publicity purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.

• Alpine Spas Pty Ltd collects personal information solely to administer this Promotion and contact the winner.

• All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the company’s Privacy Policy.

• The Promoter may disclose information if legally required to do so and will only disclose such information in good faith compliance with applicable law.

8. Liability

• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), Alpine Spas Pty Ltd and associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) as a result of participating in this Promotion or accepting the prize.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  
  

9. Technical and Operational Issues
 Alpine Spas Pty Ltd and associated agencies are not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for any technical malfunctions, communication failures, or circumstances beyond their control that may affect the administration or integrity of this Promotion.

10. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
 Alpine Spas Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

• Extend, vary, postpone, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances or system failure; and

• Amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage entrants.
  

11. Miscellaneous

• Any “guess the number” or “counting” competitions conducted under this Promotion will use a randomly generated or product-based number as the correct answer.

• Any images of spa pools or other products used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. The prize relates solely to the reviewed product.

• This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

12. Governing Law
 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with this Promotion.
