Does the spa come with a cover for the top of the spa?
Yes, all our spas and swim spas come with fully insulated, lockable covers. Our spa covers are specifically designed to trap the heat, even in the depths of winter!
What type of base do I need to place my spa on?
Your spa must be placed on a sturdy, flat surface that won’t move or waiver under the total weight of your spa once it’s filled. Do not place your spa on grass.
How is LLDPE recycled?
Usually LLDPE is shredded and melted down to refine the polymer. The material is then cooled into pellets which can be used in various manufacturing settings.
What is the benefit of Full Foam insulation?
This comprehensive insulation is designed to optimise head retention which significantly decreases your running costs. Even in the depths of Winter this insulation will allow your Spa to retain every degree of heat to keep your monthly power bill as low as possible.
Can I move the Spa to a different location?
Absolutely, a huge benefit of our Rotomold Spas is that they’re lightweight. You can simply drain the water and with one or two other people, you will be able to lift the Spa and place it in your new desired location.
Is rotomould plastic strong?
This LLDPE material is incredibly strong and durable. It is not prone to cracking, and will stand up to any elements you can throw at it. Comprehensive testing has confirmed this Spa will stand the test time in any Australasian backyard.
How do I look after the water?
Water care is simplified thanks to this Spa’s built-in Ozone sanitisation unit. This system drip-feeds ozone into the Spa water as it cycles, allowing it effectively neutralise bacteria and reduce your need to add harsh chemicals.
